THE GIRL

I'm Anna-Rosa and I'm the curator of myLifebox blog and jewelry. I'm a half-Dutch/half-Greek girl, grown up and living in Athens. After spending 5 years studying architecture at the beautiful island of Crete, I moved back to Athens and now I'm enjoying my big city life with my lovely dog in our cute apartment down town.

I grew up in a home full of design books, with a mom working in the field of interior design, so it goes without saying that I chose to become an architect. I'm really in love with architecture, but guilty as charged, I'm completely passionate about all things creative too.

THE BLOG
I remember myself being creative in every possible way ever since I was a little girl. My background in architecture along with my love for crafting and DIYing, motivated me to run my own blog. I believe that architecture studies provide a fundamental knowledge on everything that design is involved. During my studies I realized my love for graphic design, jewelry design and even cooking. I started myLifebox as a way of collecting and sharing things I like, make or do. I like to consider it as a neat record of my current loves and thoughts.

THE JEWELRY
The story behind my jewelry line is pretty simple. Architects prowess at making things with their own hands, often make them believe that they don't need to buy anything as long as they can make stuff for themselves. In essence, I started making jewelry for myself. After receiving a bunch of exciting comments I decided to give it a try. Next thing I remember is my place full of sketches and new materials to test.
